Delivery Process

  • Direct Delivery by Our Drivers: We deliver and collect equipment directly to and from the address specified in your order. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery and oversee returns.
  • Notification of Delays: If delivery cannot occur within the specified timeframe, we will promptly contact you via email or phone to arrange a new delivery date.
  • Stock Availability: Deliveries are made only when all items are in stock; we do not ship partial orders. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss options.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times are approximate. Early or late arrivals are not valid grounds for refusing the goods.
  • Buyer-Requested Postponements: If delivery is delayed at your request or due to failure to accept delivery, you may be charged for additional expenses incurred.

Address Requirements

To avoid delivery issues, provide:

  • A complete address, including house number, street name, and postcode.
  • A valid phone number for contact if access to the delivery address is challenging.

We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details, difficult access, or unavailability at the delivery location.


Expedited Delivery Services

  • Stock Availability: Expedited services are only available for in-stock items. Orders for out-of-stock items will ship when stock is replenished.
  • Time-Sensitive Orders: Please verify stock availability before placing urgent orders.

Returns and Refunds

Upon collection, our driver inspects all items. If any items are missing, you will be informed and charged for replacement parts.
